I hope you all are keeping warm during this deep freeze! Days like these are perfect for curling up with a good book and a warm cup of cocoa. Speaking of good books, our step-by-step study of the Gospel of Mary is kicking off tomorrow. We have created a study guide with the text included in it. So there is nothing to buy and no fee to participate. Most of the discussion will take place online in our discussion boads. So I hope to see many of you there!
Next Saturday is our next meeting of the Reading / Study Group. We will be meeting at 11 AM at the Common Cup in the Rogers Park neighborhood. Will you be joining us? Going forward, we have a new name for our monthly group gathering - St. John's GNOSh! Hopefully, we can tempt you to join us for two hours of fellowship and some great coffee!
Finally, I offer a hearty welcome to our new members. Our little group continues to grow! We welcome all interested seekers to participate in our activities a much or as little as you want. Our goal at St. John's is give Gnostics and Esoteric Christians a place to call home in Chicago. Welcome to our little family!
