Friends & Members of St. John's,
A blessed and happy New Year to each and every one of you! As we start 2014, I pray that each of us is filled with enough hope and optimism to make the most of the new year before us.
With my first message of the year, I hope to accomplish a number of things quickly and succinctly. I am hoping to reconnect with current friends and members, welcome all of the new ones, and remind everyone of some important ways for staying in the loop with all that is happening at St. John's year.
If we've already met you, let me say thank you again for your interest and support. St. John's has come a long way in just a few short years and none of this would have been possible without your dedication. New for 2014, we are welcoming a new mission to the AJC. Mission Hugues de Payens has formed in Chesterton, IN. We are excited to have the the MHdP folks on board and look forward to a year of great activities and fellowship!
We have a lot planned for the new year and new activities are already taking shape. So please be sure to follow us on all or any of the following platforms:
Like I said, we have a lot going on in 2014 and hope to really bring you even more great programming and fellowship. With all of the above possibilities, it is hard for anyone to say that they have no idea what is happening with St. John's or Mission Hugues de Payens. So get in the loop and let's make the new year one to remember!

We have a lot planned for the new year and new activities are already taking shape. So please be sure to follow us on all or any of the following platforms:
- Our site: Both St. John's and Mission Hugues de Payens are operating from once central site. Our latest news and events will always be featured there. You can bookmark stjohnrevelator.org and visit it often!
- Facebook: On Facebook, we have both a parish page and two groups - one for St. John's and one for Mission Hugues de Payens. To get added to either or both groups, please drop me a message. To view just the FB page, go to www.facebook.com/StJohnRevelator
- Chat Forum: For online discussions, scripture study, and virtual fellowship, please sign up for our online forum at stjohnrevelator.boards.net.
- Meetup: For the next few months at least, we plan to maintain our Meetup group. This is the most expedient way to learn of and register for our events in both Chicago and Chesterton. You can find us www.meetup.com/missionbrfp
- Twitter: You can find our updates by following @stjohnrevelator
- Newsletters: We offer two newsletters for our Parish and our Mission. One is monthly and focused on news and events. You can sign up on either our homepage or our Facebook page. The other is a periodic meditation from Rev. Deacon John. To be added to this one, just drop me a line.
